The Christmas Company 2017 Exhibitor Application

 

Thank you for your commitment to the Junior League of Orange County, California, Inc. (JLOCC).  We appreciate your participation in The Christmas Company; it is through the support of individuals and businesses like yours that we are able to make a difference in our community. 

This year, The Christmas Company will be held on Saturday, October 21 and Sunday, October 22, 2017 at the OC Fair & Events Center; with set up on Friday, October 20, 2017.

Please submit your business information below for evaluation by the JLOCC Exhibitor Committee. We will contact you back within 2-4 weeks. Submission of this application does not imply acceptance for The Christmas Company 2017.

If you are a selected exhibitor, a contract with payment amount due and  terms/conditions will be sent to the contact indicated above. Booth preferences will be on a first come, first served bases, every effort will be made to accommodate your booth preference. Selected Exhibitors will have 30 days to return a signed contract with payment or your preferred booth space will be released to another exhibitor. Submission of this application does not imply acceptance for The Christmas Company 2017.

The Christmas Company 2017: Required Submissions

As part of the application process, please provide the following items:

  • Merchandise examples (2-3 items)
  • Merchandise photos (including average price by item)
  • Brochures
  • Booth layout photos

Please submit 2-3 items as samples, these will not be returned and will be used during the exhibitor selection process.

Booth presentation is very important, photographs should accurately represent the manner in which you plan to display your merchandise. We reserve the right to accept all or part of your merchandise in the selection process.
