The Christmas Company 2017 Mistletoe Madness Consignor Application

 

Thank you for your commitment to the Junior League of Orange County, California, Inc. (JLOCC).  We appreciate your participation in The Christmas Company; it is through the support of individuals and businesses like yours that we are able to make a difference in our community. 

This year, The Christmas Company will be held on Saturday, October 21 and Sunday, October 22, 2017 at the OC Fair & Events Center; with set up on Friday, October 20, 2017.

 

Consignors for Mistletoe Madness are selected exclusively by the Mistletoe Madness Committee.  Upon acceptance, Consignors pay a non-negotiable showing fee to the JLOCC.  JLOCC takes a higher percentage of the Consignor’s gross sales, which is used to help support our philanthropic efforts within the community.  Payment for items sold will be made to the Consignor via check within six weeks of the event’s closing.  To apply to have your merchandise featured at Mistletoe Madness, please complete this application and submit it, along with the items requested below, to the Mistletoe Madness Committee.

 

Please submit your business information below and it will be evaluated by the JLOCC Mistletoe Madness Committees. We will contact you back within 2-4 weeks. Submission of this application does not imply acceptance for The Christmas Company 2017.

If you are a selected Consigner, a contract with payment amount due and  terms/conditions will be sent to the contact indicated above. Selected Consigners will have 30 days to return a signed contract with payment or your space will be released to another Consigner. Submission of this application does not imply acceptance for The Christmas Company 2017.

The Christmas Company 2017: Required Submissions

As part of the application process, please provide the following items:

  • Merchandise examples (2-3 items)
  • Merchandise photos (including average price by item)
  • Booth layout photos depicting display of merchandise

Please submit 2-3 items as samples.  If the Merchandise is not so approved, JLOCC will notify the Consigner of this Agreement.  Upon such notice, Consigner shall retrieve such item(s) from JLOCC HQ or make other mutual agreeable provision for it's return.  JLOCC is not responsible for return shipment fees.

We reserve the right to accept all or part of your merchandise in the selection process.
